A quick intro on MagSafe

Most of the wireless chargers mentioned in this guide are MagSafe wireless chargers. This means that they take advantage of the magnets on the back of the charger. iphone 12, iphone 13, iphone 14And iphone 15 Range. I cannot stress this enough: If you buy a case, make sure it MagSafe Case. We have several third-party options in the case guide linked above. A typical iPhone case will weaken the pull of the magnets on the device and won’t stick Well for MagSafe accessories.

What is the purpose of MagSafe? You don’t have to worry about misalignment with wireless chargers, which means you won’t wake up with a dead iPhone. Technically, this perfect alignment means the chargers can provide 15-watts of fast charging, but Apple has limited this feature to select products from certain brands. MagSafe is also available in the AirPods charging case (depending on your model). Apple’s AirPods and AirPods Pro with the wireless charging case will work with almost all standard Qi wireless charging pads on these chargers (as will many third-party wireless earbuds), but if you have AirPods with MagSafe, you can also attach it to the magnetic mount. If you don’t have a MagSafe iPhone, your device won’t be able to connect to these chargers, though we do have some suggestions for older iPhones (and the iPhone SE).
